Happy Hunting In Maine

Headed to Maine for my 39th high school reunion hosted by classmate at her”camp”–how fun! Really headed to Maine just for the reunion, but a little hunting is always fun when you’re in a new neck of the woods…

Weren’t we lucky to stumble in to the Boothbay Harbor antiques show? There were some very pricey New England antiques, but we managed to score a few fun Maine finds–
Classic vintage crate labels for Maine blueberries
And a gorgeous piece of english ironstone ( we have lots of great pieces at VH) that’s been in a Maine the family for generations–
I loved these pillows made from antique French matlesse–stuffed with fresh down, and had to bring a few home. Look for some of the at Vintage Home soon!
And finally, check out this amazing piece of folk art that was actually a huge dollhouse!
More travels to come! Enough of the “finds!” Next time– “food!”
